Relieves muscle tension
9 people found this helpful
Totally brilliant products. I discovered Shinsegae at the age of five. I often experience shoulder stiffness, frozen shoulder, and headaches, so I apply peppermint oil to my neck and shoulders, massaging it in. The oil left on my hands can then be massaged into my temples. If applied too close to the eyes, it may sting. After a few minutes, I feel refreshed, with my headache subsiding and muscle aches alleviated. With sensitive skin, I felt a cool sensation without irritation.

Relaxing essential oil

The most cooling essential oil! Peppermint essential oil is essential for my frozen shoulder and neck pain. I mix peppermint and wintergreen oils with a base oil before bed, applying it to my back, and cover with plastic wrap. The refreshing feeling helps me relax and drift off to sleep, effectively easing tight muscles. I plan to buy a larger bottle for more generous use and also try it on my scalp.

Affordable relief
Good price and effect! I often buy essential oils in Korea, spending over 30,000 won for 15ML. This peppermint oil is excellent at a lower price. A little on the shoulder gives a soothing effect, as if wearing a warm compress. I will definitely purchase again.

Effective for stiffness
I love the smell! This oil soothes a blocked nose and aches in the body, such as frozen shoulders. I apply it to my chest and back before sleeping, and it helps relieve stiffness. When I have a fever, I apply it around my neck for a cooling effect. However, the neck area is sensitive, so it may not be suitable for children, but can be applied to their feet instead.
